The content of this project includes AGV system, three-dimensional warehouse, warehouse management system, etc. At the same time, it is also the first 5G fully connected factory in the local area. 5G slicing technology is used to upgrade RFID and AGV system to 5G to ensure that the project is in operation and away from unstable factors , so that enterprises can truly get rid of the trouble of "information silos".
Jingyuan AGV is mainly used for automatic identification, transportation and storage of films, semi-parts, and molding materials in production lines, three-dimensional warehouses or plane warehouses, and forming machines in the tire production process. Its handling tooling is diverse, there are 8 types of material tooling for trolleys and louvered vehicles, with weights ranging from 1000KG to 4000KG, and lifting heights of 1.5 meters, 2.7 meters, 6 meters, etc.
During this process, Jingyuan technical team designs suitable AGVs according to the size, structure, bearing center of gravity, etc. of these tooling/trolleys. Under the scheduling of the AGV system, orderly transportation between different tooling, different loads, and different processes is realized, as well as different areas. intelligent warehouse management. The use of AGV has replaced 3 stackers and conveyor lines for entering and leaving the warehouse, saving more than 3 million yuan in costs for the enterprise.
At the same time, the AGV is equipped with an automatic charging system to meet 24-hour continuous operation, replacing the original three-shift manual transportation, reducing labor by 25%, and the less labor-intensive and agile and flexible production mode, which greatly shortens the adjustment of production line changes. cycle, saving labor costs, and improving the safety of the project.
